The land is owned by the owner of the Sedgex  Mohamed Alham for almost 100 years ago and to the  “Allham’s family”

So the land is located around the Nile river and most of it is not newly reformed it is an old cultivated area with a fin clay with a highly natural fertilizer that is used from natural life atmosphere.
